Adding Bathrooms to areas of the home where there was no bathroom, Prices are affected by the difficulty of the path to the new location and the floor level in which the new bathroom is on. 

IE: New Bathroom on first floor with open access to basement tend to be less exp than new bathrooms on the second floor, in some cases a new bathroom will have to be tied into another preexisting bathroom which would require the remodel of the pre-existing bathroom.
